The 12,000 square foot San Diego sports medicine facility has San Diego’s first indoor cycling center featuring the Computrainer MultiRider system. The Computrainer indoor cycling system allows triathletes and cyclists to train on specific bike courses with race day video on two giant screen television screens.

Our Tuesday and Thursday morning and evening indoor cycling workouts focus on high intensity intervals to raise your top end speed and endurance quickly.

Our other San Diego indoor cycling workout Triathlon Bike Course Previews feature the actual triathlon course and video to help prepare you for your upcoming Ironman triathlon or half ironman triathlon.
